Recent studies suggest that resveratrol is a red wine extract, to be able to prolong life (study - D Sinclair of Harvard Medical School in Boston and his colleagues at the University of Connecticut and Brown University at Rhode Iceland - in July 13 issue of Nature published).
The controlled study showed that potato chips and fed live worms on Resveratrol 30% longer than those who were not fed resveratrol. Since all creatures share many biological processes, it seems imperativeEvidence that this red wine compound may also prolong the life of humans.
Before these studies, resveratrol was inextricably linked to protection against heart disease mainly because of the high concentration of antioxidant components of this compound. However, the new findings appear unrelated to the antioxidant properties of resveratrol, and such is life extension must come from another property of the extract. The convincing theory is that resveratrol may have a haveCalorie-restriction mechanism that activates proteins called sirtuins similar to Sir2. Sir2 is an important protein that is an important regulator of the aging process.
In contrast to actual calorie restriction, resveratrol has no negative impact on fertility. In fact, evidence that resveratrol improves fertility.
Currently, researchers are attempting to duplicate the same results in mice to show that benefits of resveratrol in mammals.
Supplemented with the consumption of resveratrol,we can win the following protective benefits:
• Reducing the risk and severity of stroke
• reducing the severity of Alzheimer's disease
• Improved healing of skin
• Protection from pancreatitis
• Protect yourself from diabetic kidney disease
• Protect against liver damage
• Protect yourself against arthritis
• inspect the suppression of appetite and weight loss or turn
• Improving the production of sperm
•The inhibition of the formation of cataracts
• Inhibit proliferation of the herpes simplex virus
