It is no secret to anyone ... go for wine and cheese go hand in hand. Different cheese selection to affect the taste of different wines. If your hosting a wine and cheese tasting party you want to be sure, and you pair the cheese selection with the kind of wines you will be using.
For example ... a good blue cheese a younger and lower end Cabernet Sauvignon taste like a much better quality wine. The tannins of the Cab to go very well with theFat gravity of bleu cheese.
Let your guests take a sample of the first wine. Then the blue cheese and you can run again for the wine. Their assessment of the wine after the blue cheese has its mouth are coated probably much higher than the original valuation of the wine without cheese.

Chardonnay view Provolone, Brie, Gouda, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese or camembert
Check Chianti, mozzarella, parmesan, fontina or provolone
Beaujolais check, goat cheese, brie or camembert
